  • how do I care for my candle?
first burn of a candle should last at least 2 hours to create a pool of hot wax across the diameter of the container. by burning this way, you keep the candle from tunneling. tunneling is when a crater begins to form and the candle only burns a small diameter in the middle on the container. also...be sure to trim the wick to approximately 1/8" each time before burning to reduce soot and possible smoking of the candle.
  • can I return a product?
unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns on products as they are made to order by hand. we are a very small operation and hope you understand this.
  • how do I fix a candle that tunneled?
if your candle begins to tunnel, you and simple remove the wax that is above the wick or you can carefully and gently heat with a hairdryer or in the oven on low. wear protective gloves to handle the container as it will be very hot!! NEVER PUT A CANDLE IN THE MICROWAVE AS THE WICK BASE IS METAL AND WILL CATCH FIRE!!
  • what can I do with the glass container when I am finished?
YES! our candles are made in hand blown glass, MADE IN AMERICA, and we encourage you to reuse them! We offer DIY refill kits that can be melted in the microwave. You can also collect the beautiful glasses and use them as drink ware.
