WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Unfortunately, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. In the rare case that products are damaged during shipment, please email photographic proof within 7 days of delivery to for a full refund. WHY DO SOME CONTAINERS HAVE MORE WAX THAN OTHERS?
Actually, they do not. Each container is handmade and so their capacities will vary. To keep things fair, we pour the wax and measure by weight so that each container has a net weight of approximately 6 ounces of wax, typically around 6.2 ounces.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY CANDLE DIDN'T BURN LONG ENOUGH AND IT BEGINS TO TUNNEL?
We use a special blend of wax that is safe for skin. Using a spoon, you can carefully scoop out the wax around the tunnel and discard, or save and use on skin, and start again and burn the candle until the melting pool is as wide as the container. Be sure to trim the wick before each burn session to get the most time out of your candle.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Please allow 5-10 business days to process your order. We ship everything by United States Postal Service and charge according to their posted rates.
