shipping policy

Each product by plant dreaming deep is hand poured to order in Pasadena, California.  We require 5-7 business days (Monday to Friday) to carefully package and ship your order.

All orders are shipped by USPS priority mail with tracking unless otherwise requested.  We are not able to control shipping delays caused by the postal service once we release the package and are not responsible for delays in delivery.

If an order is damaged during shipping, please photograph the package, internal contents and the damaged product/s within 48 hours of receiving and email a claim to hello@plantdreamingdeep.com with a subject heading of DAMAGE.  We will work with you on a timely solution if possible.
